JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for managing and administering the scheduling, tracking, and invoicing of Marketing and Programming cross channel commitments for the company.  Schedule, track, and invoice all national sales contracts.  Responsible to ensure that significant amount of revenue is posted in accounting based upon advertising spots ran as per contracted amount.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
Contribute to the Company vision of being the industry leader in customer service through quality, commitment, courtesy and teamwork.

Manage and administer all Marketing and Programming cross channel commitments.  Review marketing research to assess and recommend networks that may be used for advertising.

Insure the fulfillment of Marketing cross channel commitments by serving as the liaison between corporate and the field for all advertising and co-op revenue by working with vendors and the field to ensure all advertising spots are run as scheduled on the appropriate networks.

Contribute to revenue goal achievement by reviewing research and analyze marketing and headend data, and scheduling, tracking and invoicing all national sales contracts.
Manage and administer a portion of the total Marketing inventory with direction from the key Marketing contacts.

Post and track and monitor all invoices through the automated scheduler.

Insure commitments are met by working with auditors to verify that all cross channel marketing programs were run as planned.

Administer the maintenance of all files of invoices.

Assist with special projects that may be assigned as well as administrative functions.
Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.

A.  Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to reach with hands and arms, to bend, to talk and hear, and to read and use a computer.

Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional and pleasant manner.

Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)

Ability to use, handle, and manipulate objects such as paper, pencils, keyboards, and mouse

Ability to work independently

Knowledge and ability to use the following office equipment: computer, telephone, copier, fax, calculator, and stapler

Knowledge of cable television products and services

Strong analytical skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required

Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner

Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks

Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure

Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)

Vision ability: close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus

B.  Education (level and type)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field and/or equivalent experience
