About Starwatch

CTAM West is dedicated to the development and sharing of marketing excellence, as well as the mentoring of young, talented professionals in our industry.  Developed in 1999, Starwatch provides opportunity and allows unique access to CTAM marketing programs for a select number of up-and-coming “Stars” in our local cable and telecommunications community who wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity to join CTAM West.

We are seeking talented top-performers working in a support role in our industry who show unique promise for developing into leaders of tomorrow.  These are the assistants and coordinators who consistently go beyond the call.  Each “Star” selected for our program will benefit from the following:

• Exclusive Starwatch educational events
• Exclusive Starwatch social/networking mixer
• One-on-one mentorship opportunities with unique access to senior level industry executives
